When John and Margaret first contacted me, they were in the process of deciding exactly where they wanted to move to.  Regardless, it was going to be in cottage country and close to the water, if not right on the water so they could take advantage of their boat.  It took them a while but they eventually found the perfect home in the area they really preferred.
Although I gave them an up-to-date home evaluation I made sure I updated them on a regular basis since the market never stays the same and as you can see below, it was almost a year from my initial meeting to the time they listed. 
The good thing about staying on top of the market and keeping your clients up-to-date, is that when they are ready to sell, it’s almost like they can tell you what they should price themselves at.  However, I used my years of experience to price their home so that it would generate the most interest and hopefully, top dollar.  The result?  Multiple offers with a sale price $41,000 over the asking price in a down market!


"Brian Kondo and his entire team were extremely professional from start to finish. We first contacted Brian about a year before we were planning on listing our house. He gave us all the information we would need to list our house, advised us on the best time to list and provided current market value for our home. During the showing phase, the Re/Max office was excellent at setting up showings and communicating throughout. It was a hectic few days, but Brian's team made it manageable.
