Kashif initially contacted me while he was still listed with another real estate company.  They had a rental property (which was vacant) that had been on the market for a few  months and still had another 3 months to go on their listing agreement. Because he  reached out to me, I could return his call and talk to him but emphasized that I couldn’t  do anything further once I found out he was still under contract.


After a couple weeks, I received another call from Kashif. This time he said he had a  cancellation agreement from his other agent and wanted me to go check out the house and give him an idea of what they should list for and how long I thought it would take to  sell. The timeframe was important to them. Like I said above, since the house was  vacant, it was costing them a lot of money with nothing coming in.

We then put the house back  on the market and sold it in less than a month.

What impressed  him was my ethics – I didn’t push for him to leave his previous agent when he initially contacted me, and I only started to work with him after his previous listing agreement  was terminated. In fact, they were so impressed that they have used me and my team  with other investments they have in the GTA.
