What Our Clients Had to Say About Working With The Brian Kondo Real Estate Team | Mike



As Mike touches on in his letter below, my modus operandi since I got into the real estate business is to leverage myself with people, marketing, and technology. 

Leveraging with People.
The Brian Kondo Real Estate Team consists of myself as the team leader, an Administrative/Office Assistant (Ginette), an Inside Sales Agent, a Creative Assistant, and 4 Licensed Outside Sales Agents. Our extended team consists of a professional photographer to take pictures, virtual tour and aerial/drone photography, home stagers, movers, a junk removal company, general contractors, cleaners, painters, lawyers, paralegals, mortgage brokers and just about any other professional needed before, during and after the purchase or sale of a home.

Leveraging with Marketing.
As soon as my team lists a home for sale, an aggressive advertising/marketing plan is activated using direct mail, social media, internet or online pay per click advertising, marketing to my database of over 25,000 past clients and contacts, my daily Blog posts and much, much more.

Leveraging with Technology.
We're always striving to stay cutting-edge. For example, at one point in time not too long ago, the only way a showing could be scheduled was when the office called the seller to see if the day and time was OK with them. If it wasn't, the office would have to contact the showing agent and suggest a different day and/or time. This could go back and forth numerous times. However, with modern technology, we can offer 3 different ways a seller can confirm a showing. They just pick the one most convenient for them and the back and forth is now a thing of the past!

We also use technology to get feedback from showing agents. However, lately the showing agents have been slow to reply. This is where leveraging with technology doesn't work. I believe strongly in regular communication with our clients, so I leverage even more with people. In this case, Ginette will contact the showing agent so we can let the sellers know what the feedback is.

Anyway, Mike was very happy with my team and thought we did an "outstanding job" selling his late father's house.
