What Our Clients Had to Say About Working With The Brian Kondo Real Estate Team | Deepawali



When you have a real estate team, you hope that everyone is rowing in the same direction and that everyone on the team gets along, from the agents to the support staff (like my administrative assistant, Ginette Wicks) to the outside professionals such as photographers, stagers, movers, cleaners, etc.

One way to ensure this is to hire the right people.  Every person on the Brian Kondo Real Estate Team is put through a rigorous screening and interview process.  At the initial meeting with a potential agent or admin for my team, the first thing the potential team member is shown is our Mission Statement, which you can see below:


The mission of The Brian Kondo Real Estate Team is to provide such outstanding service when assisting our clients with their real estate needs, that they will have no hesitation in using our service again or recommending us to their friends and relatives. In short, we want “A CLIENT FOR LIFE!”


There are 7 governing values that we base our actions on to help us accomplish this mission.  Number 5 is “We practice teamwork – we consider all those who work with or associate with us as extended members of the Brian Kondo Real Estate Team and that each has a unique contribution to make to our team effort.”

As long as everyone on the team keeps this in mind, then we should have no problem accomplishing our mission.  And that’s exactly what happened with Deepawali, who an agent on our team, Nasira Malik, helped purchase a condo apartment for earlier this year.

Deepawali was actually referred by another client to a different agent on our team, Richard Forget.  Richard had an initial meeting with Deepawali.  If she told him she wasn’t in a rush to buy asap, there would have been no problem with Richard working with her.  However, he was really busy, both personally and professionally, at that time and realized he should have someone else on the team work with her.  Richard let Deepawali and the clients who referred her to us know that it was best that another agent on our team work with her.  That’s where Nasira came in.

As it turned out, Nasira took Deepawali out looking at condo’s a number of times and tried a couple of offers without luck.  However, third time’s a charm and Nasira was able to get her into a really nice condo apartment in a great building within 90 days of Richard’s first meeting with her. As you can see below, she was extremely happy with Nasira.  And this all happened because Richard and Nasira made our client’s needs the priority!
