A look back at an Ajax home sale that proves the right strategy can deliver results, even in a slower market.

Over the years, I have helped many families buy and sell homes across Ajax and Durham Region through strong markets, balanced markets, and slower market cycles.

One sale from earlier in my career stands out as a great example of how the right strategy can make all the difference.

At the time, the market had slowed and many homes were taking weeks or even months to sell. Buyers were cautious and competition among listings was strong. In that kind of environment, proper pricing, strong marketing, and thoughtful presentation become especially important.
